NOTICE OF MEETING

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Glinton Parish Council to be held in the Village Hall on Tuesday 17th September, 2024 at 7.15pm for the purpose of transacting the following business.

Members of the public and press are welcome to attend the meeting and to address the parish council in the Open Forum item 3 on the agenda below.

AGENDA

1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.

2. MEMBERS DECLARATION OF INTERESTS.
a. Councillors to declare any Disclosable Pecuniary interests not already registered or other Interest in any items on the agenda.

b. Consideration and granting of any dispensations submitted by members.

3. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
To allow up to 15 minutes for members of the public, and Councillors declaring a prejudicial interest, to address the meeting in relation to the business to be transacted at this meeting.

MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO WISH TO ATTEND THE MEETING OR ADDRESS THE PARISH COUNCIL ARE ADVISED TO NOTIFY THE CLERK IN
ADVANCE (Preferably before mid -day of the day of the meeting) in order that appropriate facilities are made available: Parish council is restricted by law to discussion of matters on a published agenda therefore Public participation is limited to items that appear on the agenda OR to request an
item for a future agenda; public participation shall be limited to 15 minutes with each person speaking for no longer than 5 minutes

a. Local Plan Review – 6 Month delay notified & report from briefing meeting 11th September.

b. To receive an update on the status of planning applications still not determined at the previous meeting

c. as Statutory Consultees, consider the following applications and other planning applications validated since the last meeting and respond as appropriate to the planning authority.

i 24/01090/DISCHG – 18 Welmore Road – Discharge of condition C3 (materials) of listed building consent 24/00208/LBC – LISTED FOR COMPLETENESS – PARISH COUNCIL NOT CONSULTED

ii 24/01143/FUL – 5 The Green – New two storey 4no. bedroom dwelling house and single storey garage

iii 24/01150/OUT – Land To The East Of Lincoln Road – Outline application for a residential development of up to 95 dwellings with access from Lincoln Road, public open space, sustainable drainage and landscaping with access secured and all other matters reserved (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale.

iv 24/01176/CTR – Myrtle House 8 High Street – Fell and remove unknown large tall tree as roots are expanding and damaging the wall

v 24/01053/CLP – Land Adjacent To 1705 Lincoln Road – Proposed use of land for agricultural use with the siting of a mobile field shelter LISTED FOR COMPLETENESS – PARISH COUNCIL NOT CONSULTED.

d. Neighbourhood Planning – To consider next steps.

a GlintonFest incorporating D-Day commemoration – outturn report – the financial outturn is work in progress and will be presented to the parish council if completed and available)
b Garage Sale – result Cllr Kirt.
c VE Day celebration 2025 – to note the national event planned for 8th May 2025 & consider Parish council actions

b. Fireworks Flyers for 2024 – Cllr Kirt to report

c. Ashburn Close Play Area – To receive an update on progress on transfer of title to the parish council. (if available)

d. Anti-social behaviour – To receive an update on recent events
