NOTICE OF MEETING
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Glinton Parish Council to be held in the Village Hall on Tuesday 18th March 2025 at 7.15 pm for the purpose of transacting the following business.

AGENDA
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.
2. MEMBERS DECLARATION OF INTERESTS.
a. Councillors to declare any Disclosable Pecuniary interests not already registered or other Interest in any items on the agenda.
b. Consideration and granting of any dispensations submitted by members.
3. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
To allow up to 15 minutes for members of the public, and Councillors declaring a prejudicial interest, to address the meeting in relation to the business to be transacted at this meeting.
MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO WISH TO ATTEND THE MEETING OR ADDRESS THE PARISH COUNCIL ARE ADVISED TO NOTIFY THE CLERK IN ADVANCE (Preferably before mid -day of the day of the meeting) in order that appropriate facilities are made available: Parish council is restricted by law to discussion of matters on a published agenda therefore public participation is limited to items that appear on the agenda OR to request an item for a future agenda; public participation shall be limited to 15 minutes with each person speaking for no longer than 5 minutes.

a. Local Plan Review (LP) –
i Draft Plan & Appendix 1 (including proposed site allocations) and appendix 2 (LP Map) have been published and is due to be considered by the planning committee on the day of this meeting for consideration by cabinet on 20th March – Parish council will need to consider if, and /or, How, to respond
b. To receive an update on the status of planning applications still not determined at the previous meeting
c. New applications – as Statutory Consultees, consider the following applications and any other planning applications validated since the last meeting and respond as appropriate to the planning authority.
i 25/00212/HHFUL – 3 Saddlers Close – Proposed first Floor Side extension.
d. Revised Planning application – consultation letter received by Clerk 12th March – 24/01423/FUL – Manor Farmyard High Street – Residential development of 9no detached dwellings and garages
e. Planning Appeals in progress.
i 25/00006/REFPP – received by LPA 11th March 2025 – Land to The East of Lincoln Road – Outline application for a residential development of up to 95 dwellings with access from Lincoln Road, public open space, sustainable drainage and landscaping with access secured and all other matters reserved (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale)
ii 25/00002/REFPP – received by LPA 13th January 2025 – Change of use from dwelling house (C3) to residential care home (C2) – retrospective
iii 25/00001/ENFNOT – received by LPA 13th January 2025 – Appeal against Enforcement Notice. This is a linked appeal with planning application 23/01712/FUL (APP/J0540/W/24/3352403)
