CLIMATE EMERGENCY Draft Protocol
Glinton Parish Council along with other Parish and Town Councils , Local Authorities and Our Government declare a “Climate Emergency “ in order to combat Global Warming.
The Council will take leadership and will engage with the community to find practical ways to lower our Carbon Footprint .
Policy —- Form a Climate Emergency Working Group
Establish what action has already being taken
Investigate what practical action could be taken
Collect information on new legislation that is proposed to come into force
Engage with the Community
